What’s Included in Our One-Day Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Wedding Package:

Venue Experience

• Private Day-Only Wedding: Only one wedding per day—your party will have the entire venue to yourselves!

• 1-Day Venue Rental: Exclusive use of the venue from 10am to midnight, with time to clean up personal items by 1am.

• Rehearsal on the Day of Ceremony: Dedicated rehearsal time at 10am the morning of your wedding.

• 1 Month Planning Visit: Come Walk Through the Venue and ensure every detail is ready for your special day! 

On-Site Offerings

• Bridal Suite: Separate rooms for the bride and groom with a shared kitchen area.

• Sound System: Portable Bluetooth sound system and microphone for your ceremony and reception.

• Professional Coordination & Support: Our on-site coordinator assists with your timeline, sparkler send-off, and more. Our dedicated venue staff handles parking help if needed, trash care, restrooms, and any other needs.

• Complete Setup & Cleanup: All tables, chairs, and tablecloths are set up before your arrival. Venue staff handles all cleanup, so you only need to take your personal items at departure.

Vendor Flexibility, Setup & Décor

• Open Vendor Flexibility: Choose your own vendors, stock your own bar, or even bring your own food.

• Tables & Chairs: 24 round tables, 4 farm tables, and up to 200 chairs included. All tables and chairs will be set up before your arrival.

• Linens: Crisp, white, mid-length, ironed linen tablecloths provided for all round tables.

• Décor & Serving Borrowing Closet: Access to our décor and serving pieces at no extra cost.

For Your Guests

• Guest Comfort: 100 lap blankets available for guest use, along with an easel and sign.

• Restrooms: 3 clean and well-maintained bathrooms on-site.

• Free Guest Parking: Free parking, including overnight options, in our spacious pasture, with help available as needed.

• Rain Plan: Indoor backup plan available for outdoor ceremonies.
