Since 2021, Always Timeless Barn has made a promise to serve the community with a commitment to excellence and affordability. The Campbell family has owned this working cattle ranch since 1992, and after Barbara was widowed in 2014 the whole family started dreaming about a next chapter. Out of these dreams: "Always Timeless Barn" was born. This all Aggie family ('88,'19,'19,'21,'24) believes that having a nice wedding venue should be accessible to all. We look forward to serving every family through the barn doors like our own.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CAN WE BUY OUR OWN ALCOHOL / IS ATB A BYOB WEDDING VENUE?
Yes, a great perk of ATB is the renter can purchase the Alcohol, but you MUST have one of our Bartenders serving all alcohol from behind the bar--guests cannot BYOB. Â
A bartender to guest ratio of 1 to 75 will usually provide efficient service. If a single bartender is required, a ratio of 1 to 50 or lower is recommended depending upon whether it is beer, wine, soft drink service, or full bar service. We require you to hire two bartenders for all weddings with over 80 guests.Â
Our advice: order your alcohol from Spec’s you can return unopened alcohol after your wedding. Estimate 2 drinks per person for the first hour, and 1 drink per person for every hour after that. This is a good average for the people drinking more and the ones not drinking at all.
IS SECURITY REQUIRED?
Yes, for events with alcohol:
1 security guard up to 150 guests
2 security guards for 150+ guests
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN? WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO RESERVE A DATE?
To reserve your date, we require the 1) signed rental contract and first payment.
Our payment plan is a monthly payment with final payment 30 days before your event.
IS ATB DOG-FRIENDLY?
Yes we welcome your pets on leashes and provide specialty services just for your pet. Be sure to talk with our onsite pet specialist.
